The product is great Amazon is great but they got delivery people that don't care and they going in people's packages and if it's worth a lot of money they taking it if it's not they just leave it like that I received three packages and all three of them was open and I can see that Amazon sealed them up good

En el primer uso se dobló la punta de esta herramienta, muy lamentable, quizás fue error mío o quizás el producto no es tan bueno. Lo que sí es cierto, es que resolví con la otra herramienta, es decir, con el martillo y los clavos que vienen, así pude ajustar mi reloj. Creo que hace su trabajo y bien valdría la pena comprarlo. Trae muchos respuestos (excepto el que se me dañó) y te obsequian una bonita funda, creo que por el precio, vale la pena.

I read another reviewer suggest that you're better off buying a higher quality tool set for this job and I agree, but the challenge is that the Amazon marketplace seems only to carry this quality, albeit in various permutations that include or exclude components. Since I couldn't find anything that looked appreciably better, I purchased this one and was able to make it work.On the upside: The band holder block works passably and the kit contained the proper size pin punch that let me drive/reinstall my band pins.On the downside:1) the band holder is just an echo of all the others I saw on Amazon, which only includes one row with larger gaps for the thicker band I was working with. It would be better if this block would include a second, larger-gapped row to help hold the other side of the bracelet to keep it supported at the same height and aligned--it's awkward to do this while also holding a small pin in one hand and the hammer in the other.2) The solder or epoxy or whatever that was holding the hammer head on the handle was loose so the head just spins on the handle. I was able to make it work, but again: low quality.3) The replacement pins provided look more like a cotter or split pin, which is different than what is used in my watch band or any that I've ever seen. Thankfully, I was removing links and could reuse the ones from my bracelet.4) My band had a tiny bushing around the pins that would have been easy to loose (I almost did). That would be a useful addition to this kit.5) The other reviewers' comments that the pin pusher vise are correct in that there's not enough adjustment available in the base to support the band elements properly. I didn't use the tool because of this.It's interesting to me that seemingly all of the watch band tool sets on Amazon look the same...like exactly the same. They must all come off of the same line or are copies of the same design. This is unfortunate since there are glaring limitations inherent in the design that could be improved with a little diversity of thought and manufacturing.In the end you can make this work; it's better than nothing and it's cheap. That said, I would have gladly paid more for a better set if I could find it readily.

More than expected. Can now fix all watch bands that need help.
