GemOroPRO-D3 Diamond & White Sapphire Tester Silver

I bought the pro 3-D diamond tester to test diamonds when it arrived we couldn’t get it to work correctly so we called Kart it and they told us what to do and it still didn’t work so we sent it back to them when the package arrived back to them they were not there, upon redelivery The package was lost and they said since I didn’t insure the package they couldn’t do anything about it so I lost the diamond tester and $120!PS-i’m still without a diamond tester!
