I saw this case when I bought my laptop months ago but was too scared to buy it because of the bad reviews. I got courageous enough to buy after slightly scratching an edge at work - I had to. Now, i see no reason for all the bad reviews. It fits like a glove and works like I expected. The only thing is that while the transparent one is fine, I feel like the darker one would last longer as I feel that little specks of dust may go in between the laptop and the case over time and become annoying to look at.

Good case. Fits well. Good level of protection.

Poor fitment, laptop does not close correctly with this fitted, refused to reply to me in regards to return, had to claim through Amazon, AVOID

This case fits perfectly on my 2020 9500.Easy enough to fit and remove and the fit is perfect.It has reinforced corners, which are a plus.What isn't so good is the way the lower half clips on. There are 2 hooks along the front edge which are exactly where your wrists lie. I think they could have moved the hooks so that they clipped into a bass speaker vent either side instead, or slightly covered each front corner so they weren't right where your hands rest.The other issue is that without the case there's a nice magnetic closure system which pretty much seals the keyboard/screen from the outside when the lid's closed. The case's hooks interfere with this, so there's a gap all the way round when it's closed and dust can get in. Due to the gap, the magnets can't exert as much force as they would normally, so it's easier for the lid to come open.unintentionally.The bass speaker vents are in a weird place where the sound that's normally directed outwards side to side is being directed downwards, which will be reducing the efficiency of the speakers.6/10
