Delivers reliable performance at an affordable price point
I recently purchased the Amazon Basics 6-Outlet Surge Protector Power Strip and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance and value. With six outlets and a 6-foot cord, it's perfect for powering multiple devices in my home office setup. The 790-joule surge protection rating offers peace of mind, safeguarding my electronics from power surges. The red "protected" LED indicator is a helpful feature, confirming that the surge protection is active. The build quality feels sturdy, and the cord length provides flexibility in placement. Overall, this power strip delivers reliable connectivity and mountability at an affordable price point with great ease of use.

Extra space between prongs means I can keep all plug spaces available
Does what it's meant to. It has a longer cord to fit around corners and furniture. Best thing is the last socket is a couple inches from the previous which makes it easy to plug a power block into and not up the space of an extra prong,.

Very good, I just bought 3, fits bulky chargers nicely
If you commonly use bulky chargers (for USB cords for headphones, smartphones, smart watches, or for external hard drives), then you know that a "normal 6 outlet strip" might hold 3 chargers if you are lucky, it might only hold 2.By spacing the outlets a bit wider, and then providing one nice big gap, this allows you to fit 4 very bulky chargers. You can pretty easily do (charger)-(empty)-(charger)-(empty)-(charger) to fit 3 in the 5-in-a-row section, then there is a gap, and then you can fit a fourth charger, even a really big one that sticks out in both directions.I like that the "surge protector still works" light is a separate little LED, rather than being built into the switch. There is an additional light inside the switch that indicates if it is powered on, but not whether the surge protector has been destroyed by a surge. The cable is made of thick 14 gauge wire, whereas competitors are sometimes as thin as 18 AWG.After getting a little experience with the first one, I bought two more, in white and black.

It seems to be good, but the second red light is strange.
I'm giving this four stars for now. I like it and it seems to be working well (early days), but the second red indicator light is problematic. Red lights are warning lights, the idea that a second red LED light signifies "all is well" makes no sense. Why not make both the LED and the switch color green? There really is no other object where a red light means all is well (let alone two of them.)I guess you just have to ignore both red lights.

Good Purchase
You can never have enough. Good amount of power, did not mount it. The cord length was good too.
