It is pretty but very stiff and hard to hang. It comes rolled flat.

Very pretty. I purchased for my outdoor railing but although the Garland is suitable for outdoors the lighting is not. There is a hole completely exposed where the batteries go.I purchased indoor garland much prettier for my inside banister at my local store for less than the price of these... because the price of these were more I thought they were indoor/outdoorI will put them up to see how they stand up and I’ll cover the hole but my expectations are they won’t last and I’ll have to return them. I was also hoping they had a timer but only an on/off switch.I rated 3 stars because the decorations do look nice, a little stiff but expected if used outdoors, velvet poinsettia flowers and cute red bells.
