Best I`ve tried so far.....
As a long time sufferer of chronic IBS I`ve tried many probiotics....tablets, drinks and capsules. These have proven to be the best to date based on general tummy comfort. I`ve kept mine in the fridge as instructed on the bottle and have taken between 1-3 each day with food. After 2 weeks of this I definitely noticed an improvement in my digestion.I would recommend and I`m now placing a second order.

Effective and Easy to take capsules
I am using this product to build up some healthy bacteria in my gut after having been prescribed some medication which has left my gut in a poor state. The capsules are easy to swallow and I am hopeful of a full recovery.

so simple to take in a tablet form each morning they have worked brilliantly, my stomach is no longer feeling bloated and uncomfortable, and the other positive side effect which I didn't expect, is that my stomach as become flatter!!
