Good Value
It's quieter and cooler than what I used to have. You can actually add a 3rd fan (There are only two in the package) but I have yet to find a fan of the same brand and type on amazon the rubber corners do seem to help a lot (I noticed because I had a spare fan lying around and it's noisier).

Fantastic performance for the price
I got this "ID-COOLING SE-207-XT-BLACK CPU Cooler 7 Heatpipes Dual Tower CPU Air Cooler" to install on my i5-11400 + B560 platform. The 11th gen intel CPU is power-hungry even for mid-ranged CPUs. This CPU cooler works particularly well for the price. Here is the review. The good:- Solid build. The cooler is very well made and feels sturdy.- Straightforward to install on the LGA 1200 platform. (I do not have LGA 1700 platform but from the description, it is likely not supported.)- Very good performance. My i5-11400 got throttled all the time during the intense workload with the stock cooler. With this cooler installed, it never breaks 70C, which is unbelievable.- Thanks to the 2 included 120mm fan, it is very quiet as well.- Price is very reasonable, compared to those coolers with similar performance.- Good height clearance for the RAM. I have no problem installing it into my Phanteks p400.Summary:I cannot be happier for this CPU cooler and I strongly recommend it. Thanks for reading this review and I hope you find it helpful.

Huge heatsink, great for the price
This heatsink is huge and works very well. The fans arent the quietest compared to noctuas but they are pretty quiet at idle. The mounting system works well and feels premium. ID-Cooling is a lesser known brand but from a few products I own from them and from different products I've seen they really are a great budget brand for the early PC enthusiasts. If you're looking for a large black cooler for appearances this will fit the ticket, but I have seen more expensive black coolers that may perform a few degrees better than this. For the price though, if you can get this cooler on sale it is a heck of a deal!

Absolute powerhouse
This tower cooler is insane. This thing will flat cool just about any gaming CPU you can throw at it. Massive cooler, flows air well, and has tons of heat fins. Very heavy, definitely wouldn’t use this as a replacement for like an OEM mobo that uses the mobo as the backplate. You’re gonna want a solid aluminum backplate to support this. Finish looks great and it does an excellent job keeping temps in check
