Greens Powder Supplement with Green Veggies & Fruits, Wheatgrass, Spirulina, Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics

I agree with other reviewers: it is really strange to get a chocolate taste from a bunch of 'greens' ;) this is a very fine powder, so it's not too hard to make a mess if you're not careful opening the container and/or removing the included scoop the first time ;0The powder is very fine, as I mentioned, so it dissolves easily with plenty of agitation, but if you are trying to use just a spoon to stir this into a glass, you might get a bit of clumping. The fine powder sometimes sticks better to itself and the side of a container than to the liquid you're trying to dissolve it into. I use a blender with a milkshake blade and add the powder into the already 'swirling' liquid to help distribute the powder better across a larger surface area of liquid which does a much better job of 'mixing'. Once it's mixed, it pours easily into a glass and there are no clumps :)I haven't been taking this long enough to speak to its health benefits, but I have hope ;) The main thing is it is a LOT of fruit and vegetable (and more) ingredients that the last thing you'd expect is it would taste like chocolate.

These greens taste better than others and they deliver good results....I felt more energy and clarity after taking them, and they helped me be more "regular". I have been using greens everyday in a smoothie for several years and these are probably my favorite, even better than Amazing Grass which is what I usually buy. Saw this on sale with great reviews and wanted to try something different and I was pleasantly surprised at what a great quality these greens are for the price. One of the best tasting greens powders out there, I got the berry flavor, although I always mix with unsweetened coconut milk, all natural juice, and plain yogurt to make it taste better.

I don't care for mint, so I chose the chocolate flavor. It's delicious! I put it in my protein shake for breakfast, and have even stirred it into plain organic yogurt, which I really enjoy. I felt I had more energy the first few days of using this. I also think it's a more than fair price for what you gain from taking this. I'm now on my 4th week, and have just ordered more before I run out. Do make sure to refrigerate it, though. I didn't see that on the container until a few days after I opened it. But it didn't seem to affect the product performance at all.

Found it to be very tasty. The effects weren't as strong as the Amazing Grass Super Food, but it sure does taste better. I didn't need a chaser to drink it.
