I'm not sure why it's getting bad reviews. I actually really like it. It works fast, and needs just a bit of water. I don't like using my kitchen pans for cleaning my cup. I keep this machine under my bathroom sink, and it sanitizes my cup quickly. I did get it on sale, tho, and I think full-price is a bit high.

Safe and easy to use
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I used to use a “agate” pan to sterilize my menstrual cup, but I lost it. So I stated to look for options.I did not know that menstrual cup steam sterilizers existed. Honestly, it is so much easier than using a specific pan. The machine is simple to use, there is literally one button. You just need to put water and the cup inside, and turn it on. The machine turns off after the process is complete.I have a friend that used to use a specific pan for sterilization, but she forgot about it, when she came back the cup had melted. That is a problem that won’t happen with this machine.
